I participated in Lisa Ealy's Career Forward. This event exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. Lisa and her team worked diligently to ensure that participants had a smooth transition days prior to the event by having a tech check in and other reminders. There was so much positive engagement-this wasn't Lisa just "lecturing" or talking to us. Participants were put in breakout rooms and given things to discuss. The discussions were very fruitful, enlightening, encouraging, and transforming. After the breakouts, everyone returned and participants were encouraged to speak about their take a ways.

Lisa also had her former and current clients speak and share their journeys. These were heartfelt and moving as several had been skipped over for promotions, devalued, some didn't have work/life balance. Everyone that spoke is in their dream job and not just from a financial standpoint, but they are working in roles that fit their values AND life.

Lisa even shared her journeys--which was very encouraging. We received several handouts and materials for us to continue working on. Career Forward  isn't just another "program." If you do the work, you will experience major breakthroughs! I was and am transformed, encouraged, received major mindset breakthroughs .
